Film

Dee and her family began making short films during Lockdown. They have completed three so far:

BISHCUITS.
THE CROWS PATCH.
THE STRAWBOYS VISIT THE HERMIT MAN.

A fourth is in the pipeline: BOG ASTRONAUTS, which will be released in 2026.Dee is currently working on a short film titled; A MIDWINTERS TALE FOR A MIDWINTERS NIGHT, a Mummers play, and a documentary about the musician and teacher Micheal Clancy from Boihy Co Leitrim, whose teaching and love of music, inspired a generation of musicians in North Leitrim, titled; MAN OF A THOUSAND TUNES.

Both these films were shot by the renowned cinematographer Robbie Ryan, Dee's longtime friend and collaborator, and are due to be released in 2025.
