DEE ARMSTRONG SOLO ALBUM TOUR SPRING 2025
Dee will be launching the single "The Prince of Laughter" from her upcoming solo album, Deichtine's Daughter at Tradfest 2025. She will be joined by her sons Diarmuid and Lughaidh Armstrong (5 string banjo and guitar), Seamie O' Dowd (guitar, fiddle), Stephen O' Dowd (harmonica, guitar), Grainne Horan (fiddle) and Sarah Jane Barry (mandolin, flute) at The Cobblestone Pub in Smithfield.
Dee has been well known as the fiddle player with the iconic band Kila since 1991. She has collaborated on 15 studio albums of original music with Kila to date.
Dee has been performing with The Free Speaking Monkey since 2015.

Freespeakingmonkey were formed 10 years ago. They have played all over the Northwest, at various festivals including Stoneywoods Festival and Electric Picnic and the Olympia Theatre.
They are currently recording an album which they hope to release early 2026.

Long Grazing Acre project
Dee hosted two nights of the Long Grazing Acre project. A two-week musical journey celebrating the enormous contribution Irish Travellers make to Traditional Music, with Paddy Keenan, Mickey Dunne and Niamh Dunne.
